The doorway stretch is a great way to relieve neck and shoulder stress. The best part about it is that there are doorways everywhere, so relieving a twinge during the day can be easy. Simply stand in the center of a doorway and extend your arms to either side, lean forward until you feel a stretch across your chest and shoulders. Doing this stretch 3 times a day will help your shoulders feel loose and relaxed. As with any exercise be aware of your limits and be sure not to strain yourself.
